Matthew is going to the Mars Volta curated All Tomorrow's Parties. He got one ticket. A single eBay bought ticket. Why would he do that? Why, when there are two of us? He claims it was an impulse thing and didn't expect to win because it was going so cheap, but why didn't he impulse a two ticket lot? WHY?!

Sigh.

He did apologise profusely, and is now getting anxious at the prospect of having to share the cabin with five total strangers. "Five total strangers!" he keeps saying. To which I relpy, "Tough shit! You bought a solo ticket! One ticket! That's your punishment!" And then he agrees and looks forlorn and a little lonesome.

To be honest though, as much as I wanted to go, I've been very much aware that my bank account would scoff heartily and then send me to my room for suggesting such a notion. And to be honest some more, Matthew's going to vacuum the flat and clean the kitchen as his bank account-imposed penence. We also got with the rampent bunny loving last night, which was rampently delicious. It's not all bad.

TWO MORE PRETTY GOOD THINGS THAT MAKE UP FOR NO ATPing

1. I'm flying to Canada in a little more than a week.

2. I've learnt how to crochet.

It's goodness all round folks!

Except for the no ATPing Weekend O'Fun.
