2004-10-28..1:55 p.m. File this under days/weeks late, but still need to be said: Right now at this very moment there are two things of MAJOR IMPORTANCE happening in the new, both of which have/will affect EVERYTHING as we know it. 1. John Peel. I couldnt eat all yesterday for worry that this now means radio, the last bastion of outlets for decent non-top 40 independent brilliance (because lets face it, there is no hope in NME, etc.)?(though if I start getting paid by them to write, I could be persuaded to change that opinion)(or more likely not, but that looks better on a CV, doesnt it? Suggests a modicum of flexibility? Adaptability?), it means that radio is now utterly hopeless unless they can find someone to fill his enormous shoes. Im very sceptical and saddened by this loss. ****meep hello and goodbye - 16.02.07 like lightning in the morning - 19.06.06 knob-end loser - 12.06.06 don't get the wine part I - 10.06.06 a blurb is a blurb is a blurb - 07.06.06
